Mobile Travel Deposit Terms & Conditions

Mobile Service Travel Deposit — $50
A $50 travel deposit is required to confirm mobile detailing appointments. This deposit covers the travel time associated with bringing our detailing service to your location.
1. Application
The $50 travel deposit applies only to mobile detailing appointments where Black Pearl Detailing travels to the customer's location. It does not apply to appointments at our location.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule a mobile appointment without forfeiting the travel deposit when at least 12 hours' notice is provided.
For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 12 hours' notice, or when the customer is unavailable at the agreed service location at the agreed time, the $50 travel deposit may be retained.
3. Acknowledgement
Customers booking a mobile appointment must acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms before completing their booking. A required checkbox is presented during the mobile booking process.
4. Deposit & Final Service
The travel deposit is separate from the cost of detailing services. Service pricing is determined after assessing your vehicle — we do not provide instant quotes or automated estimates.
