Services

Black Pearl Detailing provides professional auto detailing services at our location and via mobile detailing at the customer's location in Oliver and the Okanagan, BC. Services are listed on our Services page.

Appointments

Appointment requests submitted through our website are requests, not confirmations. Every vehicle is different, and we assess each vehicle to determine the appropriate service. We will contact you to confirm details, timing, and pricing.

We do not provide instant quotes, automated price estimates, or online price calculations. Pricing varies by vehicle and is determined after assessment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required for free cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment.

For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 12 hours' notice, or when the customer is unavailable at the agreed service location, applicable deposits may be retained. See the Mobile Travel Deposit Terms for mobile appointments.

Vehicle Condition

We assess each vehicle before beginning work. Results may vary based on the vehicle's condition, age, and prior care. We do not make guarantees about specific results that have not been assessed and confirmed.

Limitation of Liability

Black Pearl Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or conditions not disclosed prior to service. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
